Enrico
B. Kötterl
attended the Libera Universitŕ Europea
(Free European
University) of Macerata (Direction Cinema/TV), the Centro Sperimentale
d’Arte Cinematografica (Sperimental Centre of Cinematographic Art) of
Rome, the School of computer-graphics “P. Design” of Milan, the
National Artistic high school “A. Martini” of Vicenza. In 1981 he
dedicated himself to the work as a director of numerous films and
television originals published and diffused on the European and American
home-video-market. He was called to teach cinematographic language and
techniques in courses of visual and multimedia communication systems,
the result was the publication of “Filosofia del video” (Philosophy
of Video). In the meantime,
while working on Computer Arts as a graphic and multimedia designer, he
rediscovered his passion for painting and, with intent to combine the
various expressive techniques, he dedicated himself to the research and
invention of innovative works. He took part in
several collective and personal exhibitions with works in mixed media (drawing
– painting – photography – digital-art – video-art). He received
numerous acknowledgments from critics and public (Special Prize
Agfa-Gevaert). |
